The warranty I asked my dad about

My father called me up to let me know that the house on Fairmead street next to his was going up for sale. The house had been abandoned for the past four months and I have been curious about the asking price should it go up for sale. I told my dad I would look into it. I then remembered to ask my dad about the used car warranty that he and my mother were considering buying for their second car. My dad gave me the basics on the warranty. I believe I’m going to consider this warranty for one of my cars.
