There are many studies out there that say candidates for employment make most of their mistakes on when they are on their interviews. This has nothing to do with why they are Outsourcing Technology, but you really do need to put you best foot forward. The top mistakes they make include: 1) Arriving late, 2) Having little knowledge about the company, 3) Didn’t know much about the position they were applying for, 4) Having a superiority complex or behaving arrogantly. The body language of the applicant must also denote that he is confident. You must maintain eye contact, have a strong handshake, and avoid looking defensive. Wearing the right clothes is crucial for projecting a confident stance. As they say, it is better to go to an interview over-dressed than being under-dressed.
