How Gulf Coast Survey Has Improved Everything For Me

March 18th, 2012 by admin

A pensacola surveyor gives the owner peace of mind since a certainty about the exact boundaries and measurements of a property is gained. In fact, there is only one way to get rid of any conflicts to other boundaries and that is through conducting a survey. On properties, analyzing available space, its angles and distances is called surveying. To create huge progress in the construction process and ownership of a property, then surveying should be considered. If you are having problems locating your land, a surveyor can do the job for you. A surveyor will actually plot slopes and areas a lot of the time and they must be prepared to work in all situations. Usually, if a professional land survey has been completed, the property becomes legal. To be able to determine if a property is a good buy or not, do some thorough research first.

My Analysis On “Robert Hahn and Peter Passell: Is Google”

March 17th, 2012 by admin

I think the bigger question is how you stop the consolation of wealth in this country. The consolation of wealth in the United States is suppressing competition and the only reason for mergers on the part of corporations is to consolidate their financial power by acquiring the competition. The only way our depressed economy will began to recover will be to invest our wealth into new competing technologies which in turn will redistribute monies that will grease the wheels of economic growth. Large company such as AT&T and Google are not what this country needs as far as growth and moving monies within its economy. Something or someone needs to rip the wealth from corporate America’s greedy grip and distribute it throughout our economy and large monopolies have not the courage to accomplish such a feat. Healthy competition has proven itself to have the courage to stop consolation of wealth. So why suppress it? Greed!

Criticism On “Your Apps Are Watching You”

March 16th, 2012 by admin

The scary part about this is the fact that users do not know that the apps are gathering this information, while at the same time Apple has a rule saying that apps must get user permission to gather this kind of data. It’s not as if users were given a choice in the matter (as in given a choice to opt out if they didn’t like the idea of a company giving their information away). There was no contract to sign, there was no warning, and it clearly violated this rule Apple has set up, either that or Apple has a messed up way of interpreting violations of this rule. The way I see it, users wouldn’t even know if they liked it or not because half the time they weren’t even told that the app was collecting this data. For this, Apple should be sued and there should be rules in place for unwanted ads. Remember the days when telemarketing got so bad and intrusive that the government formulated the National Do Not Call Registry? It’s almost getting like that again, with little to no integrity between the salesman and their would-be customers. Businessmen will always find creative means to flaunt ads to as many people as they can, which means that there should be a way for the people to get protection from these unwanted ads. This means that we may need help from the government, so that these huge companies can be accountable and not disturb people to the brink of them buying products just for the sake of not wanting to be flaunted with ads.

Commentary On “Under Fire, Apple to Discuss iPhone”

March 15th, 2012 by admin

In my opinion, Apple has breached the consumer bill of rights by selling a phone that is not fit for it’s intended purpose. It is evident that the phone, when used in a normal fashion, does not function as it is intended to.

Now the question of ‘was Apple aware of this’ prior to the release of the phone is debatable, and would warrant a lawsuit to determine. The bottom line is Apple has, knowingly or unknowingly breached its implied warranty that the phone is fit for merchantability; fitness for a particular purpose. This could clearly go in the path of deceptive trade practices; negligent misrepresentation; intentional misrepresentation; or fraud by concealment.

I have owned every single iPhone that has come out so far, including the latest. And I have been very satisfied with the quality of the phones thus far. Hence, I am going to give Apple the benefit of the doubt here and wait to hear what the response from the company is.

I must add though – a smart move on the part of Apple would be to suspend sales of the iPhone until they have resolved this issue. Any takes on that?

An Opinion On “When a Doctor Isn’t Enough”

March 14th, 2012 by admin

What a wonderful article. Three years ago I played the role of my own navigator, with the help of some wonderful people. There is a definite gap in the learning process from diagnosis to recovery that I and many others are hoping to help fill. I am thrilled that the Commission on Cancer has issued new standards, however, 2015 is a long way off for the more 200,000 women who will face a breast cancer diagnosis this year. The American Cancer Society has a Patient Navigation Services program that is available to help patients whose treatment centers do not currently offer the amazing services of a nurse navigator.

Convenient Presentation Folders

March 5th, 2012 by admin

When your company attends expos and seminars, they offer an array of handouts. Each informational sheet pertains to a certain aspect of the business. They are all quite different and appeal to various target markets. Some of the business offerings might overlap and attendees take several sheets for their future references. In those instances, convenient presentation folders keep all these pertinent materials together. Your company carefully considered the cover design for these folders so they would be instantly recognizable. Not only do they protect the materials distributed, they remind people of your business every time they view the cover of the folders.

An Office That I Can’t FIt

March 4th, 2012 by admin

It’s been said that philadelphia executive office space is unique in a way that it is tiny. If you dont have a lot of things to do then you should be the one to occupy this space. It is small and you cant put a lot of furniture in there. I was so angry that I couldnt put my favorite chair in the place. I was going to get me a smaller chair and see if that was the best thing to do with the space. I want to be the first one to have a little chair and not have anyone sit on it. I am the office scout of the area for the boss. He tells me to do the things that will make the office better and I was very proud to do it. I write an article when I get the chance and tell the others when it is set to come out so they can read it.

Opinion On “Review & Outlook: Admiral Obama”

March 3rd, 2012 by admin

RE: Nicole Hamilton asked: Okay, and where are you on taxes to pay for this? If you only think it’s worth having if it’s paid for with cuts to the middle class, the poor and the elderly — but nothing that affects the wealthy — maybe we don’t need it as much as you say.

If/when free advice — at least much-more-free-than-now — capitalism and individual liberties are restored, not only will America be on the mend from the current Chicken Pox-like attack of Marxism, but there will be more than enough tax income to the bumblers and meddlers in Washington to pay for new carriers.
