Go into the shop for reliability and a good service

I was bought a sony ericsson mobile phone for my birthday and found it really easy to use until it started ringing for no reason.  I called the sony ericsson help number which was on a leaflet inside my mobile phone box to see if they could help me.  Unfortunately they said they had never heard of that particular problem before so they advised me they could not help me!  I did not want to hear that really considering the mobile phone was quite an expensive gift that my partner had bought for me.  I took it into the shop where I knew he had bought it from along with the receipt and told them my problem, I was only therefore about five minutes when they brought a brand new model out and they exchanged it without any hesitation.
