building strength

i am in the middle of a strength phase right now in my training. the more strength the more weight that your can lift the more muscle you will stimulate to grow. trhis is all good in theory but you need to put it into practice to make it work for you. you will find that along the way in your fitness journey you will hit many snaggs and set backs. this is normal. just keep on with home dumbell workouts and you will succeed. you just have to push through it and keep on going. this is where you do it.
