My Daughter Will Only go to a Dentist That Practices Sedation Dentistry

My daughter is afraid of dentists and I can not figure out why. I tried talking to her about it to see if I can determine the cause of her fear but she is unable to explain why she has this overwhelming and debilitating fear. I have been taking her to a dentist since she was a small child and she has never exhibited this fear until recently. We are new to the area and I am looking for an atlanta sedation dentistry office near my home for my daughter. She needs to have dental work done and the only way to get her into the office is by promising her that she will be asleep during the procedure.
