Resting with Tendonitis

September 8th, 2010 by admin

There are a few ways to go about treatment for tendonitis. Seeing a doctor is a great idea. Treating the problem is a simple matter of resting and rebuilding the injured area. Many times doctors will put a brace around the area if possible to help it rest properly. Usually within a three week time span tendonitis will decrease significantly and there will be less pain. It is a good idea to be patient while healing from tendonitis. It is not an overnight process and if someone goes back to doing the same things that they were doing before they could prolong their healing time.
