Swimming to Lose Weight

One of my favorite Fat Burning Exercises is swimming. While this may seem like quite a gentle sport to some it can in fact be very demanding if you approach it the right way. Depending on what your goals are, swimming can be tailored to suit you. If you don’t mind exercising on your own you can devise your own swimming program or if you prefer or need the motivation of a group, you can join a local squad training team. To spice things up a bit, you can use equipment such as swim fins, paddles or a float board. Vary the speed of your laps as well as the stroke that you perform to keep from getting too monotonous. Finally, set yourself a goal each week to increase the number of laps that you can easily perform.
