Roof Cleaning Company Coming Back Next Week

The roof cleaning company that cleaned up our neighbors roof is coming back next week to do the same for us. I never knew what that black stuff on our roof was until they explained it to me. It is just a form of mold and if you properly kill it, it will go away. I guess that it is no different than mold in your bathroom or something. The roof cleaning companies estimate was much lower than I thought it would be and we will finally be rid of those ugly black streaks. It would have cost us thousands more to have the roof replaced which I thought was the only way to get rid of it.
