ConsumerDirect: Consumer Advice For All UK Residents

For people in the United Kingdom, there is now a website wherein you can find answers to your concerns as a consumer. ConsumerDirect is a government-funded consumer advice service, which aims to provide information about consumer rights to consumers in the whole of the UK, no matter what region they’re in. The website itself has a helpful FAQ portion, but if your question cannot be found in the FAQ, you can call ConsumerDirect and speak to one of their trained advisors. If you’d rather not wait on the phone for a representative, you can also send them an e-mail.  Welsh-speakers can also avail of this service. ConsumerDirect offers helpful, practical advice for consumers.
