Getting Cash for Gold Jewelry

When my sister was in desperate need of some quick cash, she asked me for a short term loan. I was not able to help her out but suggested that she send her gold jewelry into one of the cash for gold places in London. I had heard that she could send in her jewelry and receive the money within two or three days. I know that my sister has a lot of gold jewelry that she does not wear any more. It is probably collecting dust in her night stand or jewelry box. She agreed that it was a great solution to her problem.
