Gas Airsoft Pistols

For some reason, I always thought that airsoft guns were all spring powered guns that shot the plastic BB not very hard and was thus safe for kids to play with. Then, one of my friends told me that they also make gas powered airsoft guns, and I was shocked. She said that gas airsoft pistols use either green gas or C02 cartridges for their power, and that they shoot a lot harder. I’m glad she told me, becuase now at least I’ll know if my son starts asking me for a particular gun to look and see what powers it. I’m not sure I want to get him anything gas powered until he’s at least 16.
