Electronic Signature

My electronic signature has turned into a life saver for my personal productivity.  It is simply a .PNG file that I can add to documents before sending them on electronically.  Usually I’ll save the document as a .PDF before passing them on.  That way the person wo gets it has it in the same format they would if I scanned it and emailed it to them–but I don’t have to go into any of the gyrations of printing it out, writing on it, and scanning it back in again.  This saves paper, but the big benefit is the amount of time it saves.  There is no sense spending an extra 15 minutes waiting for the printer and then trying to get the copy machine to wokr correctly.
