The cufflinks I had found

The other day it was close to 100 degrees here in Hope Maine. Because I don’t like the heat all that much I decided that I was going to walk down to Roper pond and go for a swim. Roper pond is only about a mile from where I live and through the woods. I have swam there since I have been a kid. When I got to the little beach that I put my towel on I noticed that somebody had dropped their initial cufflinks near the shoreline. I thought this was kind of a weird place for this type of item and I picked them up.
