Meeting Room at Chicopee Hotel

I own a small architectural firm and employ eight other architects.  We were about to bid of very large project and our client wanted to bring 20 consultants with them to our next meeting.  I rent a small office space for myself and my team members and I knew that our tiny conference room would never hold that many people.  I was fortunate enough to discover that hotel Chicopee has a meeting space that can hold up to 200 people.  Since many of the consultants would be staying at this hotel, we were able to book the room for our meeting.  It is so nice to have hotels nearby offer amenities like this.
