If a couple wants to have a theme wedding, the first most important step they need to take is to sit down together and have a long discussion about their wedding theme. It isn’t unheard of that weddings have been postponed because of disagreements between the bride and groom, and having a theme wedding is the type of wedding that can lead to many disagreements. So both bride and groom need to be decided on their theme well before they even go and find a wedding planner, or set a wedding date. Their theme can very well dictate the details of their wedding, such as time of year, venue, food served, giveaways, etc. Couples need to to make sure they agree with regard to the theme, and neither one has doubts or is unhappy. This will help make sure that future wedding planning and the wedding itself goes smoothly.
